Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method (Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as personal care items, undergarments, or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
